The Dealer Network Association of South Africa encourages the highest standards in Motor & Financial dealer practice. Its unceasing aim is that all trusts its members and the term "Member of the Dealer Network Association of South Africa" must connote competency, fairness and high integrity resulting from adherence to the highest moral and ethical conduct in business relations.
 
1.1 Members shall not, by their act or omissions bring discredit to the Motor Dealer Industry.
1.2 Members shall conduct their dealings with the obligation of absolute fidelity to the client's interest is primary, but it does not relieve a member of the obligation to treat all parties to the transaction fairly.
1.4 Members shall not sell any code 3 vehicles to the public except if the client is informed of the vehicle code.
1.5 Members shall in selling any financial or value added product operate within the business parameters and laws of the Financial Services Board of South Africa.
1.6 Members shall at all times operate with integrity and will not assist any client in buying a vehicle or obtaining finance illegally.
1.7 Clients of the dealership will have the option, in the event of a dispute with any Dealer Network Association member arising out of an alleged breach of the ethical obligations of Members, to submit such dispute to the Dealer Network Association for mediation if no agreement can be reached between the dealership and the client.
1.8 Members shall, when charged with unethical practice or when asked to present evidence at any disciplinary proceedings, place all pertinent facts before the association.
